Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must be unopened and sealed
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Due to health and safety regulations, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened dietary supplements
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
